Found on the ground floor of
the Casale, along with other lounge areas available to guests.
Our kitchen concentrates only in specially prepared dishes for every meal
and, as much as possible, uses products from the farm. For anything we
don’t grow, we use local area produce. Our
recipes are inspired by the rural customs of our region.
